Goat Shopping

I left the house at 7.45 today - woah. Mum had to take the courtesy car back and get ours. It's so pretty and shiny - they got rid of the big scratchy dent. She was going to drop me off at school on the way back but I had stomach ache (I'm dieting again) so she brought me home and I ate some healthy pasta. I made the sauce, here is what I put in:

Pasata (obvz)
Basil
Oregano
Mild Chili Powder
Cinnamon
Lemon Juice
Bacos

Then I cooked it and cooked some spaghetti and ate it. Yummeh.

In a few minutes, when mum gets home with the dogs, we're going shopping for stuff for the goats. The most exciting will be the collars, leads and name tags. I love choosing + seeing the machine cut out the names. We also need goat baby formula, a feeding bottle, feed and drink buckets, a hay rack, and lots of hay and straw. We're most likely getting the goats on Saturday - the shed might be arriving a few days later but we can keep them in the old dog crate in the gym, and take them for lots of walks. They're only little at the moment :)

I'm off now - going to check myspace, wee, and get ready to go out.

More Goat Photos

Me and Emily went to visit the goats again on Sunday, and I took lots of photos of the babies, their mother, and their sister who doesn't have a name yet.

This is Pan, finally looking nice in a photo XD Also the back end of his mother.

Yeah, I chose names not from the poll XD Sorries.

I went to visit the baby goats last night - they were very cuddly and sweet. Loki is white and Pan is white with dark patches - not sure if they're brown or black. Here be some pics:

This is my dad holding Loki. Not a very good pic - poor baby goat looks a bit panicked and is trying to escape XD They'd been out for a while by the time I took pics, and their mum was bleating through the fence cos she wanted them to come back in.
















This is my mum with Pan. He was pulling a really cute face - then I took the pic and he decided to try to dive away XD almost got out of the pic. I took another of him, and he turned and faced the other way at the last second. Sneaky goat.







Here they both are, with their mother. She was very upset by us taking them out and holding them - I hope she'll be ok when the come her permanantly (and when they and their sister go to the vet on Friday to have their horns done). At least there is the girl she gets to keep though.

Whoa, TWO goats?

So, I'm probably getting both baby goats now. Awesome :D Twice as much money to spend... but also twice the CUTE!

Now, I need help choosing pairs of names. I'm using some names from the old poll, and some new ones. I've chosen names that sound good together, or have a similar theme. Here's a new poll:

My singing teacher told me today that she knows someone who's goat had babies. She now doesn't want 2 of the males, and is giving them away free to anyone. If no one takes them this week, they'll get killed :( Is very sad. So, I'm getting one. Wish I could have both. Anyway, I need help choosing a name. Here's the choices:

Party first :P Lots of people came - Emily, Nick, David, David, Natalie, Jo, Jordan, Jayde + Me. I was drunk before everyone was even there D: we had vodka + absinthe + beer - I only drank vodka though. Me and emily made tit cake, pics coming eventually. Maybe XD There were also fondant fancies, jaffa cakes, pizzas, sausage rolls, crisps and lots of other stuff. We played hide and seek, had sword fights, filmed eachother doing silly things, sang (MY VIBRATOR HAS GOT LOST was an excellent song I made up) and lots of other stuff. Then we all passed out.
Next day we ate breakfast foods and watched Silent Hill, then Borat. Was fun :D

Today I got my sociology exam result - I got an A, without revising. Is awesome :D
